Cybelius Maestro business sold to Nickom Ltd.
CCC, one of the leading software houses in Finland, and Tokyo-based Nickom Ltd. have agreed that CCC transfers CCCs Cybelius Maestro business to Nickom Ltd. As a part of the agreement CCC becomes a shareholder in Nickom. Furthermore, Nickom has established a European subsidiary in Oulu, Finland.
